Employer Sponsored Migration

You may be eligible for application for permanent resident visa under employer nomination scheme if:

1. you are highly skilled, on ENSOL – cumulative salary has to be at least AUD151,000
2. an Australian organisation is prepared to nominate you; especially viable for people already on 457 temporary visa
3. you are offered a position which can not be filled locally
4. the offer is no less than 3 years or
5. you are a key executive or specialised employee of a company that has its regional headquarters in Australia where those offices are necessary to support an international operation
