Our services are intended to serve its purposes as indicated in the Migration Agency Agreement executed between the Migration Agent and the Applicant. |
| Terms of Warranty |

We are subject to the Code of Conduct for Migration Agents. A copy of which is available at www.themara.com.au. |
| Professional Fees |

All our professional fees and services are clearly outlined in a schedule of fees and services to be entered into between the migration agent as well as the applicant prior to the commencement of our services. Unless otherwise agreed, we No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions. |
| Payment Processing |

We only accept Cash, Cheque, Telegraphic or Bank Transfers. |
| 5. |
Our billing will be processed in accordance with the Migration Agency Agreement entered into between Migration Agent and Applicant. |
| Termination of our Professional Services |
| 6. |
Our refund policy will be processed in accordance with the Migration Agency Agreement entered into between the Migration Agent and Applicant. |
| 7. |
Any termination of our professional services should follow the terms as spelt out in the Migration Agency Agreement. |
| Confirmation of Professional Services |
| 8. |
The engagement of our Professional Services is confirmed upon execution of our Migration Agency Agreement and acceptance of the Applicant's payment. |
